Baked Brie Appetizer Perfect for All of Your Holiday Party Needs

The holidays can be a stressful time; between family visiting, gift-getting, and holiday parties, there’s barely any time to catch your breath! But what are you supposed to do when you’ve got a holiday party that you’re in charge of bringing an appetizer for?

Before you rush to the freezer section for pizza rolls or to get a deli platter, try this delicious baked brie made with ingredients from The Veggie Wagon!

You will need:

  • Brie (1/4-1/2 wheel is best, but serving size can vary depending on how many it will be feeding)
  • Honey
  • Rosemary olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Jam
  • Crackers (for serving)

To prepare the brie:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place the brie on a cookie sheet with the rind still on.
  3. Drizzle with 4-5 tablespoons honey.
  4. Bake for 5-8 minutes, until the brie has just started to ooze, but has not started melting.
  5. Immediately drizzle with rosemary olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and your favorite jam (we recommend FROG jam!)
  6. Serve with crackers.
