Blueberry Chicken Salad Wraps

Blueberry season is just around the corner and we cannot wait! Here’s an inventive way to use all those blueberries, without creating a dessert out of them!


In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, celery and salt. Gently stir in chicken and blueberries.

Warm tortillas in the oven on low heat, being careful not to let the tortillas become crispy.

Place warm tortillas on a place and top with a lettuce leaf. Scoop about 1/2 cup chicken-blueberry salad on each lettuce leaf.

Roll up each tortilla and cut in half. Secure with toothpicks if desired. Serve immediately or wrap tightly in foil and refrigerate.


  • 5 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 6 large lettuce leaves
  • 6 whole-wheat tortillas
