Wilmingtonians listen up! We here at The Wagon have just discovered an awesome locally, North Carolina made BBQ sauce and have made it available to all of you on our site. The name speaks for itself: Off The Hook Barbeque Sauce. It holds true to our Southern expectations for what a BBQ sauce should be but also offers something for those northerners who prefer something a little more sticky as opposed to runny. It has an initial vinegar punch combined with sweetness and spice at the end. The flavors are married very well and I couldn’t ask more from a sauce. By the way, any thoughts on the two different spellings of barbeque and barbecue??
