Low Country Boil- Veggie Wagon Style

This is how we do our Low Country Boils at The Wagon!

Bring 48oz of water or 4 beers of your choice to a rapid boil and add 1 tablespoon of our Southern Seafood Spice and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.

Boil the first 4 ingredients together, for 4 minutes witht the lid on.

Lastly, add fresh shrimp, shut off the heat and let sit for 4 minutes.

Dump onto a table covered with paper bags and enjoy!!!!

Ingredients

  • add 3lbs of baby red potatoes to boiling liquid
  • add 2lbs of Veggie Wagon's Ginger Sage Link Sausage cut into 1 inch pieces
  • add desired number of halved ears of shucked corn
  • add 1 large white onions, coarsely chopped
  • 4lbs of fresh shrimp
