Fresh from The Wagon– NEW Olive Oil Recipe Just in Time for Fall!

Fall brings about thoughts of heavy, hearty food. What better to balance and compliment those deep, delicious flavors of your favorite fall recipes than a lovely, light salad. Check out this delicious, whiskey-sour inspired salad dressing to go along with your next tasty fall meal!


-1/4 cup Veggie Wagon rosemary olive oil

-1/4 cup Veggie Wagon bourbon balsamic vinegar

-3 tablepoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

-freshly ground pepper


-1-2 bags mesculin salad mix


1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice.

2. Whisk vigorously to combine.

3. Tate for seasoning, season with salt and pepper as needed.

4. In a larger bowl, toss greens with dressing.

5. Serve in a serving bowl or dish.

Try out different toppings with this delicious salad! Some of our favorites are toasted pine nuts, fresh goat cheese, Marcona almonds, walnuts, dried cranberries, cucumbers, or tomatoes!
