When you sign up for a pick up of produce we select the initial contents, unless you use the create your order feature. If you decide to create your own order and not purchase one of the pre-selected farm boxes, your order must reach a $35.00 minimum. There is no delivery or service fee. Your subscription and pick-ups continue until you notify us to stop, postpone your pick-up or your subscription expires.
The Veggie Wagon can not be held responsible for communication errors due to our e-mails going to your spam folder.
Pick Up Information
Please advise us immediately of any contact or information change. For shipped orders, it is your responsibility to change your delivery address with us if you relocate. If you do not notify us of your relocation, you will be held accountable for boxes delivered to your prior address. If for any reason you would like to cancel your account, you must call our office at 910-805-3014 two business days prior to your pick up.
Box contents are determined by the season and availability. If you have allergies, we will be happy to omit the given vegetable or fruit, you will need to notify us by using the notes section of your order.
If for any reason The Veggie Wagon needs to switch the delivery date, you will receive ample notification. If you will be out of town for any holiday, or you receive deliveries to your place of business and it’s scheduled to be closed on a holiday, it is the customer’s responsibility to advise the office in plenty of time, otherwise the delivery will be made and your account will be charged.
If your order does not arrive as scheduled, please contact us within 24 hours.
Billing and Refunds
All orders must be paid for in full prior to pick up. You can do this online or by calling our office at 910-805-3014. Refunds will be issued by store credit. If we are unable to provide an item that you ordered we will refund you for that item and can be reordered when it returns to our stock. If you decide to cancel a weekly subscription you will be refunded minus the amount of already received products. Refunds for any cancelled account will be issued one week after cancellation by check or credit card refund.
As a matter of principle, we are committed to safeguarding your confidential information obtained through our web site. We respect your privacy. We recognize that you have an expectation of privacy, and we recognize the importance of protecting that privacy.
The Veggie Wagon will never sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of The Veggie Wagon, our users, or others. Of course we will communicate with you via the e-mail address that you supplied to us when you placed your order to keep you informed of your order status. We may use your phone number to contact you if there’s a question with your order.
When you order or purchase a product, you will be required to give us contact and payment information so we may process your order. When you pay for an order using a credit card, we use your credit card information only to fulfill your order; we never see your card number. Credit cards are processed using an SSL connection by Paypal.
